Your Journey To Success On The Internet
So you are ready, you have an idea or maybe you don’t, but you want to do something to earn money on the Internet. You want your own business that brings in income every month (success).
Maybe you need the money to pay off some debts or just to supplement your JOB income. Or maybe you want Freedom……Freedom from the 9 to 5 rat race, Freedom to be at home and enjoy your life. These are all types of Success.
Whatever your goals are or your WHY, you need a road map for success. What to do, who to believe, what to buy, and who to trust.
OK, take it easy. Don’t quit your job and think this will be an overnight $$$$$. No, it will be a Journey. Do it right and you will be rewarded.
What do you need for Success ….. ?
1. A Business Plan
2. Mentors
3. A Computer and Internet Service
4. A System
5. Great Tools
Everyday your email box will be loaded with email from people trying to get you to join their great new pre-launch or to buy their brand new product. I look at many things, but I don’t join or buy everything I see. Do your research? Ask Questions. Don’t be tempted or tricked by those “One Time Offers”. If you don’t need it right now, and you won’t be using it right away, don’t buy it. That is what my mentor tells me over and over again.
Don’t waste your money and precious time on the things you don’t need or want. Stay focused.
I have suggested things here that I have tested and tried, and use daily. Check out the tab at the top of this blog “My Highly Recommended Programs“. Check back often for additions. Also, check the sidebar for other things I use and recommend.
Many of the Tools and Resources I use are found at 2GSM. Mark Hultgren and Chuck Bartok have put together many things you will need to help you with developing your online business.
Blogging To Success
If you have a hobby or a past-time, you could develop a blog about that and then monitize that blog. That way you can earn income from something you love, have an interest in, and know about. That would be a great start.
BUT…..how do you start a blog. There are many ways to start a blog, some are better than others.
I highly recommend you set-up a Self-Hosted Blog. Don’t let that scare you, we have a Resource to help you do that. How about letting someone set it up for you and you make the $$$? Sound good.
You could do it yourself and many do. However, with the Networked Blogs you get so much more. For a small monthly fee, you will get a turn key Blog, mentors, tools, resource, and even one article a month written for you. You will not be alone, there will be a team of people helping you to get recognized and helping you get to the top of the Google Search Engines.

Excellent information here Kathy! We would just add that you have to have the right mindset………as you stated, don’t expect to get rich overnight and don’t be addicted to an outcome. You will face some rejection, but honestly you don’t even want everyone. You only want qualified people on your team. It takes hard work, dedication and consistency on a daily basis in order to gain others trust and build rapport so that others will want to join your opportunity or team. Never give up! Excellent Post Kathy! As you said SO well…working online is challenging and A LOT of work. I wonder just how the idea got started that working online would bring instant wealth?! That idea was floating around 15 years ago when we first began our internet journey…yet it still persists.
